Position Overview:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Fundraising Associates . In this role, you’ll represent major non-profits at community events, engage potential donors, and raise awareness for critical causes. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference while developing skills in public speaking, event coordination, and donor engagement .

Responsibilities:

• Represent non-profit organizations at community events, promotional campaigns, and fundraising initiatives .
• Engage potential donors with compelling communication of non-profits’ missions and goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors to ensure long-term support.
• Set up and manage event displays to attract attention and maximize participation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising goals.
• Track and report fundraising results, offering feedback for future campaign improvements.
• Stay informed about non-profits to confidently answer donor inquiries.
