Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of both dental office management and fiscal responsibilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our practice runs efficiently while providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications
- Management experience in a dental office setting
- Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix
- Strong background in medical administrative support and office management
- Fiscal management skills with a focus on budgeting and financial oversight
- Human resources experience in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team management
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology

Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a productive work environment.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of dental records and patient information systems.
- Implement and manage office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate managed care contracts and maintain relationships with insurance providers.
- Provide administrative support to dental professionals as needed, facilitating smooth patient flow.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.

Experience
- Proven experience in a dental office setting, with a strong understanding of office management principles.
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus.
- Demonstrated knowledge of fiscal management practices within a healthcare environment.
-Proficiency using Eagle Soft dental software a plus.
- Strong background in human resources management, including staff recruitment and training.
- Proficiency in records management systems and administrative support functions.

Active general practice looking for a new Practice Administrator who possesses incredible leadership, communication skills, enthusiasm and customer service qualities. The duties will include all aspects of running the business side of a busy dental practice. This includes overseeing an administrative team, correspondence and general administrative skills.
