Stack Creamery is looking for enthusiastic and service-driven individuals to join our team. Whether you're scooping behind the counter, delivering supplies, or serving at events, you'll help create the joyful experiences our guests expect and love. Key Responsibilities: Transport ingredients, supplies, and equipment between store locations safely and efficiently Maintain delivery vehicles in good condition and report any issues promptly Assist with loading and unloading supplies using proper lifting techniques Catering & Event Support Represent Stack Creamery at catering events with a professional and friendly attitude Set up and break down event spaces as needed Serve menu items while upholding high standards of quality and service Collaborate with event organizers and internal team members to ensure smooth execution In-Store Duties: Prepare and serve ice cream, cookie dough, and fresh-baked cookies to company standards Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment Assist guests with product selections and purchases Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and follow opening/closing procedures Work collaboratively with co-workers, shift leaders, and management Qualifications: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude Great communication and time management skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional events Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred for delivery/event roles
