Position Title: Data Entry Specialist

You are a detail-oriented and organized professional with expertise in data entry and mailing programs, ensuring efficient operations in the shipping and receiving department.

This position pays: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Location: Menlo Park, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM]

What you will be doing:

• Accurately input and maintain shipping and receiving data in company systems.
• Use mailing programs such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to process shipments and generate labels.
• Track and confirm shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Perform routine audits of shipping documentation to maintain data accuracy.
• Assist with inventory management and provide administrative support to the department.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in data entry with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in mailing programs like UPS, USPS, and FedEx, including label generation and shipment tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Familiarity with shipping and inventory management processes is a plus.
