We are a growing criminal defense firm seeking an experienced and dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing the full life cycle of criminal cases from the initial consultation to trial.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide skilled legal representation to clients in criminal matters.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage a reasonable caseload while maintaining high-quality legal work.
• Draft, file, and argue motions, legal briefs, and discovery-related documents.
• Negotiate plea agreements and settlements when appropriate.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated on case status.
• Represent clients at preliminary hearings, motion hearings, and trials.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
• 3–5 years of criminal defense experience required.
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
