Position Overview:

The Stuart Weitzman Product Coordinator will support with the day-to-day site performance, merchandising, and operations to provide a seamless and optimized customer journey. Reporting to the Site Merchandising Manager, this role requires a combination of strategic and creative thinking and provides a great opportunity to learn about the digital business.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ecommerce product merchandising for US & CA websites
    • Upload seasonal buys into production information management (PIM)
    • Coordinate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to gather accurate product information and maintain in season updates
    • Work with Content Production and Digital Design on ecommerce photography needs and uploading into image management system. Ensure all images are accurate.
    • Partner with Manager on category set up and maintenance as well as visual merchandising execution based on storytelling and inventory levels
  • Assist in preparing and executing weekly Outlet events
  • Daily QA of sites to ensure accuracy and functionality, identifying and correcting errors to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Become an expert in the SW ecommerce and omni-channel business
  • Provide support for ecommerce sample trafficking and photoshoot support as needed
  • Act as support for ecommerce team with various projects or programs as needed
Experience:
  • Prior internship or work experience in ecommerce and/or site merchandising; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Interest in Ecommerce business and the digital retail landscape
  • Business, marketing or fashion background preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including intermediate capabilities with Excel.
  • Possess customer-centric mindset
