Position Title: Social Media Content Creator (Contractor)

Job Overview:

Siarza is seeking a talented and creative individual to join our social media team as a contracted Social Media Content Creator. This position will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms for our clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and create engaging content for various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube

- Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm content ideas and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Research industry trends and stay up-to-date on relevant news and updates to develop timely and relevant content

- Utilize design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create visually appealing graphics that align with brand guidelines

- Write compelling copy that effectively communicates the client's message and brand voice

- Schedule posts using social media management tools

- Monitor comments and messages on social media platforms, responding promptly when necessary

- Track metrics and provide monthly reports on the performance of social media content

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred

- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or content creation

- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style according to different brands

- Proficient in using social media management tools

- Knowledge of graphic design software (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus

- Understanding of SEO best practices for social media is preferred

- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently
