Senior Project Manager

Location: Laurel, MD (Relocation Assistance Available)
Salary: $90,000–$120,000 per year + bonuses

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Lead Teams to Success: Direct and coordinate diverse teams to complete projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
• Manage Project Details: Oversee tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure project milestones are met.
• Control Budgets: Develop detailed cost analyses and create accurate budgets from initial estimates.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify potential challenges, develop strategies to address them, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
• Act as Liaison: Maintain clear and effective communication between teams, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Uphold federal, state, and local regulations while adhering to industry standards and company protocols.
• Optimize Efficiency: Discover opportunities for cost savings and improved project outcomes.
• Evaluate Performance: Conduct post-project financial analyses to assess performance metrics and refine future strategies.

What You Bring

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of recent project management experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Expertise in commercial roofing systems (single-ply, asphalt, cold-applied, hot-applied, and metal systems preferred).
• Proven success managing multi-million-dollar roofing projects (a strong project portfolio is a significant plus).
• Familiarity with government reroofing projects (bonus).
• Proficiency in tools such as Edge Estimating, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A solid understanding of cost accounting principles.
