Salary Range: $76,396.32 - $126,730.61

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, initiate IVs, and perform necessary treatments, while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to effectively assess and monitor patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide immediate care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, including over-the-counter options, as directed.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and maintain individualized Plans of Care for each patient.
• Guide and support ancillary personnel, upholding the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
