As a Clinical Nurse Specialist II, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for our patients, families, and colleagues. Your displays of kindness and proficient communication will ensure that every individual feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, and perform essential treatments and procedures while documenting accurately as per our policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions effectively.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment to make informed patient care decisions.
• Provide immediate primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed and over-the-counter medications as ordered by physicians.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care for all patients.
• Guide and mentor ancillary personnel to uphold high standards of professional nursing practice.
