Your Role

As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will:

• Provide essential clinical expertise and education to enhance nursing practices.

• Promote a culture of nursing excellence and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A BSN from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred).
• A current Registered Nurse license in the State of Connecticut.
• At least five years of progressive experience in clinical practice, nursing education, or nursing management in an acute care setting.
• Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
