Chief Growth Officer (CGO) - Fed/Civilian Government The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) – Fed/Civilian Government at Arch Systems is responsible for leading and executing the company’s growth strategy across the federal and civilian government sectors, including agencies such as HHS, DHS, USDA, NOAA, and IRS. The ideal candidate will possess extensive relationships within these sectors and a proven track record of leveraging those relationships to drive revenue growth, expand partnerships, and capture federal contracts. This role is focused on driving growth through key relationships and ensuring Arch Systems is positioned as a leader in delivering innovative technology solutions to federal and civilian agencies. The CGO will collaborate with executive leadership, lead the business development team, and develop strategies to position Arch as a preferred partner in federal markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Growth Leadership: Lead the growth and business development strategy across federal and civilian government sectors (HHS, DHS, USDA, NOAA, IRS, and other federal agencies). Leverage existing high-level relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and industry leaders to identify and secure new business opportunities. Build new relationships with key federal and civilian stakeholders to expand Arch’s footprint within existing clients and markets. Revenue Growth and Capture Management: Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing strategic partnerships, federal contract opportunities, and business solutions tailored to government needs. Oversee the capture process for key opportunities, ensuring Arch builds the right teaming strategies and submits winning proposals. Represent the company at government and industry events, conferences, and key meetings with potential clients and partners. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage the business development team to meet ambitious growth targets within the federal and civilian sectors. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies for expanding Arch’s presence in federal markets. Federal Contracting and Compliance: Provide strategic oversight on government contracting vehicles and acquisition processes, ensuring Arch is well-positioned for upcoming solicitations. Ensure all growth initiatives comply with federal procurement regulations and standards. Innovation and Market Expansion: Champion innovation within the company by identifying new business models, market opportunities, and partnerships to further strengthen Arch’s capabilities. Cultivate a growth-oriented culture, identifying opportunities for innovation and value creation across the organization. Key Qualifications: Extensive relationships and network across federal and civilian government sectors, especially in agencies like HHS, DHS, USDA, NOAA, IRS. Proven track record in business development, capture management, and revenue generation in federal contracting. Demonstrated ability to leverage existing relationships and forge new ones to drive business growth. Experience in overseeing the capture process for government contracts, including proposal development and teaming strategies. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a business development team. Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes, including FAR and contract vehicles like GSA Schedules, CIO-SP3, etc. Preferred Skills: Experience working in technology, healthcare, or government sectors with a focus on business development and strategic growth. Established network within the technology and government contracting ecosystem, with relationships with key decision-makers in federal agencies.
