Kalos Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors during audits and address any findings.
• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage all tax-related activities.
• Implement and improve financial processes and systems for efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within construction/trades industry.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
