We are looking for a candidate who can work from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. This is a work from home, and applicants must reside in the Billing, Montana area.
The responsibilities of the position encompass the following: Recording details of financial transactions and overseeing these transactions, Preparing and submitting financial documentation, Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, Verifying the accuracy of accounting information, Reconciling company accounts Assisting with tax payments and returns using QuickBooks, along with a requisite proficiency in software data entry, and Collaborating with customer accountants as necessary .Develop and oversee the company data within QuickBooks Online. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the account and company configuration processes, while also maintaining a general awareness of the key functionalities of the QuickBooks Online application. Establish and manage user accounts in QuickBooks Online, ensuring the appropriate access levels are set and maintained. Additionally, perform regular exports of periodic backups of the QuickBooks Online company data, and create and manage vendor records, which include contact details, payment terms, and any other necessary information.
