Job Description

Position Title: Bilingual General Labor

Wage: $16.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd

Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am (Sun-Thurs)

We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable General Laborer who is bilingual in Spanish and English to join a great team in Earth City, MO on 3rd shift. This position involves performing regular general labor tasks while also providing translation support to help improve communication between supervisors and team members.

Bilingual General Labor Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Promote GMP and SOP compliance in an FDA regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, ensuring product integrity, safety and compliance with standards.
- Operate machinery, clean room/equipment and execute the packaging process according to batch records.
- Manually inspect, open product/components, pack finished goods into shippers etc. and other duties as required.
- Independently perform material reconciliation and documentation in the batch record.
- Measure and document process efficiencies, downtime and fished goods quantities.

Bilingual General Labor Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must pass QPS and company screening process.
