Position Title: Bank Manager The Bank Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of a Retail Banking Center. This includes ensuring banker readiness of all Relationship Bankers, leading growth initiatives, contributing to a customer-centric experience, and proactively managing operational risk activities. The Bank Manager will also provide transformational leadership across all areas. This position requires occasional evening and Saturday work, and may involve working at other banking center locations based on staffing needs. Position Responsibilities Leadership Activities: Lead, coach, evaluate, and execute proactive leadership activities to attract, expand, and retain customers. Develop and implement banking center plans aligned with sales and operational goals. Provide daily coaching and evaluations for staff. Ensure effective onboarding and engagement of new consumers. Strengthen relationships with current customers and introduce them to new products and services. Participate in community activities to increase outreach and foster new business relationships. Encourage customer referrals and introductions to partners at appropriate moments. Talent Leadership: Develop and manage a high-performing team. Oversee daily HR processes including recruitment, training, performance management, and career development. Operational Risk: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Lead, coach, and evaluate operational and risk management activities. Manage transaction approvals and opening/closing procedures. Customer Experience: Lead and coach staff to assess customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Ensure staff knowledge of products, services, and customer service techniques. Handle complex customer complaints and resolve issues effectively. Improve customer experience through coaching and leadership. Partnership Activities: Manage colleague efforts related to referrals and partnerships.
