New Holland Auto Group located on Route 23 in Lancaster County is in need of an Automotive Detail Center Manager. The Detail Center Manager is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our new & used vehicle detail center operations and will service our customers by meeting weekly production goals and ensuring the highest quality details to meet our customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage activities of the detail center to ensure vehicles are serviced to meet reconditioning standards and customer or account requirements
• Purchase equipment, materials and supplies for the detail center and oversee maintenance and protection of shop equipment
• Maintain a safe environment by explaining, monitoring and enforcing required safety procedures and complying with OSHA requirements. Facilitate safety training for shop employees
• Maintain and develop detail staff and their professional and technical knowledge
• Plan, monitor and evaluate job performance, and conduct performance appraisals against key performance indicators and metrics
• Manage the staff schedules
• Develop and implement efficient detailing processes and procedures
• Review work volumes, monitor staffing levels to ensure efficiency, quality, and effective customer service
• Effectively leads the team at the location by setting an example in behavior, championing company values and ensuring that all employees are treated with respect
• Enforce all company policies and procedures related to employee conduct
• Partner with other departments to ensure effective and efficient operational processes
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven extensive experience in automotive detailing, with a minimum of 3 years experience in managerial or supervisory role
• Ceramic Coating Certification is a plus
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
