We’re currently seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Paint Technician to join our dynamic team.

- About Us:* Our shop is thriving with increased insurance D.R.P business, which has created a need for skilled technicians. With five major DRP contracts generating over $1 million in revenue, we currently achieve a total monthly revenue between $1.3 million and $1.5 million dollars. - Key Responsibilities:*
- Assess vehicles post-collision repair to ensure readiness for paint.
- Collaborate with the paint prep team to ensure proper vehicle preparation for painting.
- Mix water-based PPG paint to match vehicle colors seamlessly.
- Work alongside estimators and body technicians for timely repair completion.
- Maintain accurate records of work to ensure proper billing and pay.
- Communicate effectively with all staff to support above-average shop throughput.
- Perform final paint quality control before releasing vehicles for final assembly.
- Experience Required:*
- Previous experience as an automotive refinish/paint technician is essential.
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair.
- Familiarity with PPG water-based paint.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain production efficiency.
- Attention to detail to minimize reapplications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Job Types:* Full-time, Commission
- Salary:* $85,000 - $140,000 per year
