Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various architectural software tools. This role involves collaborating with clients and team members to develop innovative designs that meet project requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Duties

• Develop architectural schematics and conceptual designs based on client needs and project specifications.
• Utilize software tools such as CAD & ProKitchen to create detailed drawings and models.
• Draft construction documents and specifications for various projects, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of system designs.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and gather information for design adjustments.
• Present design ideas through 2D animations and visualizations to clients for feedback and approval.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the design process.
• Stamping plans for building permits

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including CAD & ProKitchen
• Strong understanding of schematics and system design principles.
• Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients.
• Previous experience in architectural design or internships is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
