We are seeking Experienced Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Management team in the Charlotte, NC area!! Job Title: Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and NO on-call!! Pay Rate: $20 - 23/hr - PAID WEEKLY ***Responsibilities Maintenance Tech: Possess strong experience in the following tasks: Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable) Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up painting Appliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs Ensure all work orders and turns are completed in a timely manner based on priority Perform routine preventive maintenance ***Apartment Maintenance Technician Requirements: EPA - HVAC - CPO certification is preferred Minimum 2 years experience in property management- apartments, hotels or residential Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to the site daily; do not leave at the property Must have reliable means of transportation - attendance and punctuality are imperative Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Working Interviews with Weekly Paychecks
