Ability to follow tasks assigned by manager within set timelines. Prepare accurate and timely status reports to management and other departments, as needed. Participate in special projects, cost analysis, and other financial initiatives. Prepare assigned monthly and quarterly reconciliations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associate's Degree in Finance with 3-4 years of work experience. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Proficient use of Microsoft Office (eg. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Financial services industry experience. Strong analytical, technical and research skills. Strong organizational skills and time management. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities. Must be willing to comply with preemployment screening, including but not limited to, drug testing, reference verification and background check. Tech Savvy, which includes use of shared files, MS Teams and Outlook, proficiency in Excel and Oracle and Adobe. Must be accustomed to working in a paperless environment.
